Arising Forefronts: Are We Prepared?

Workshop 2009: Arising Forefronts: Are We Prepared?

Workshop 2009 is a landscape architecture student organized and directed conference that has been held annually for the past 36 years. It provides an opportunity for students and professionals to interact on a personal level. Workshop offers a keynote speaker, lecture series, graphics workshops, and design charettes. The event offers participants, especially students, an opportunity to hear from nationally acclaimed landscape architects and to discuss the future of our profession. Students will have the chance to share their goals, uncertainties, and questions about the practice. Professionals will be able to inform the students about the challenges they will be facing upon graduation.
